My work with lawyers
As a former solicitor, I often work with lawyers with the option of including a mentoring element in areas such as moving into a first in-house role, dealing with the commercial client, navigating career progression frameworks.
I have practiced meditation for over 30 years, and have experienced this as a foundation for personal effectiveness and wellbeing. Scientific evidence is started to catch up with what wisdom traditions have proposed all along! I am always delighted to introduce clients to meditation and find a form that works for you.
I am happy to recommend coaches in my network for areas I don’t cover such as sleep, nutrition, personal relationships.
